Our History

Established in 1993 with a single office in Beverly Hills, The Standard Agency, previously known as “Professional Matchmaking,” has evolved into one of the nation’s leading matchmaking services.

In 2018, the headquarters was moved from Beverly Hills to a more convenient and accessible address in Newport Beach, CA, just minutes from John Wayne International Airport.

In 2023, The Standard Agency, Inc. was formed to acquire two matchmaking agencies, Professional Matchmaking LLC and Model Quality Introductions. TSA combined the best assets of both agencies: a focus on the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, and a deep, curated database of singles in the U.S., forming The Standard Agency, Professional Matchmaking. In 2024, the company is launching The500, a new exclusive service in select cities across the U.S.

While our focus has been on serving male clients seeking traditional relationships, we have recently had great success serving female clients and are open to applications from all orientations. The company has recently integrated new technologies and adopted a master growth plan, emphasizing extreme customer satisfaction in a user-friendly environment.
